Opening Scripture Sentence
May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer. (Psalm 19:14)
Psalm 51
Have mercy on me, O God, according to your steadfast love; according to your abundant mercy blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin! For I know my transgressions, and my sin is ever before me. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Do not cast me away from your presence, and do not take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit. Amen.
The Apostles' Creed
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
The Lord's Prayer
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we also forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. (Matthew 6:9-13)
Prayers and Thanksgivings
Almighty God, our refuge and strength, in Your great mercy, clothe us in righteousness and lead us in the way everlasting. Guard our steps this day, keeping us from all evil, that we may rejoice in Your salvation and walk in Your grace. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, who reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

O God, Creator and Sustainer of all, we lift before You every person in need— the lost, the hurting, the broken, and the weary. Make Yourself known to all nations, that they may turn to You for salvation. Guide Your church by Your Spirit, so that all believers walk in truth, unity, and peace. Comfort those who suffer, bringing healing and hope in every situation. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

May our gratitude not be mere words but be evident in the way we live— offering ourselves to Your service, walking in holiness and righteousness. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, to whom be all honor and glory, now and forever. Amen.
A Prayer of St. Chrysostom
Almighty God, you have given us grace at this time with one accord to make our common supplication to you; and you have promised through your well-beloved Son that when two or three are gathered together in his Name you will be in the midst of them: Fulfill now, O Lord, our desires and petitions as may be best for us; granting us in this world knowledge of your truth, and in the age to come life everlasting. Amen.
